lindsay lohan is always caught up in some kind of drama.. one of her latest issues is the claim that her line of self tanners (formula) was stolen from someone named jennifer sunday, a chemist. lindsay was going to launch the product with her partner lorit simon through their line sevin nyne.
jennifer simons attorney says: "we are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product," cohen said. "if ms. lohan and ms. simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my clients formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds."
i guess lorit simon and jennifer sunday had sampled products together, and simon signed a privacy policy, but the two never agreed on a dollar amount.. and lindsay lohan is trying to take all the credit for creating the formula! like she could do that....
lindsay lashes back on her twitter saying "no formula was stolen for sevin nyne, its a woman looking for a payday. thats it!"
lindsay is notorious for her fake tan! but has she gone too far this time? check out that picture! it looks like she has white socks on! shes gorgeous, how does she not see these pictures and do something about it.... too funny!!
on another note.. lindsay was offered a role in the movie the hangover....... as a stripper! she turned it down saying that the role had no potential. the role went to heather graham. i dont know maybe she should have taken it.. is shes as broke as is rumored, she could have really used some of the 205 millions dollars the film has raked in since june 5th!! too bad for you lindsay......
